Take a journey through time and enjoy a historical tour of our hotel and the Padraig Pearse House. Our entertaining guides will lead you through time and share the tales of Trinity City Hotel and Padraig Pearse’s homestead, where you can enjoy stories on the life of the Pearse family and Dublin in the early 1900s.

Trinity City Hotel is situated on Dublin's historically important Pearse Street, on a site dating back to Viking times. The Hotel derives much of its character from the building’s historical past, once home to Tedcastle’s Coal Merchants, the British Army recruitment office and the Dublin Fire Brigade.

Ireland's 1916 Rising hero, Padraig Pearse, was born just doors away, and part of the Hotel occupies the garden where Padraig and his brother Willie once worked and played.

Tour Duration: Approx. 1 hour 15 minutes, fully guided tour in English

Tour Times: Every Saturday – 3.00pm
