This was our first stay but we will definitely be back. Excellent value for such a central hotel and really quiet which surprised us. All day parking was very good value and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had booked a standard room but were upgraded when we arrived and our room was enormous! Bathroom accessories were of excellent quality too! I couldn't be happier with the experience and will definitely come back. We have found our new go to spot in Dublin!

We had a wonderful stay in this super hotel. From our arrival onwards each member of staff made us feel so welcome and special. Our concierge looked after our car which helped a lot. We enjoyed a superb dinner before going to the theatre. A great experience which we will plan again.

We had a wonderful stay! We arrived early, so our room wasn't ready, but reception allowed us to keep our bags there so we could begin exploring! We were arrived back, we were checked in quickly! I had informed the staff ahead of time that my husband on I would be celebrating our first anniversary during our stay, and they were kind enough to leave a card and a box of chocolates! Such a nice touch! In general, the facilities are up to date, and the location is perfect! We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in Dublin!

Friendly efficient staff. Comfortable room but surprised no fridge or drawers. We had asked for a room with a view and while we were on the 5th floor we looked out on the air conditioning units of surrounding buildings because we were in a twin room whereas the double rooms looked out to the mountains.

The staff was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Only issue we found was that getting into and out of the tub was not easy because the tub is raised off the floor. I am not as agile as I used to be.

We enjoyed our stay. Breakfasts were somewhat expensive. Dinner meals were fine. Our room did not have air conditioning, but it was not necessary. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Location is questionable with the extensive adjacent construction. . .which will add to the location when complete. Thanks so much for an overall enjoyable stay.

This is by far probably the very best 4 star hotel I have stayed in for Decor, ambiance, friendliness and attentiveness of staff. Breakfast choice was fantastic, as were meals sampled. The hotel entrance and general seating areas are extremely impressive. Our room was very well appointed, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have been in. My only negative, was our room location on the first floor overlooking a very busy Pearce Street. Street traffic noise was very evident and persistent, and invasive throughout most of the night, even with windows closed, and as a result my wife and I got practically no sleep, leaving us exhausted the following day. Had I been staying for more than one night I would have required a change of room location. Anybody who goes over to sleep easily, or is not sensitive to such noise will have no problem. On my next return to Dublin I will definitely stay at this hotel, with the provision that I am not in a room directly overlooking Pearce Street. A beautiful hotel full of character and excellent, friendly staff, in an ideal location for the main Dublin attractions. It is only a 15 minute walk from Connolly Station, and a few minutes from the entrance to Trinity College. I would have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending this hotel, with my room location being the only proviso.

What a cool place. Nice staff, a little funk added to the decor and the location is perfect. We rook the Airlink buss in from the airport and the Hotel is a 15 minute easy walk. Free internet. Room was good size, well equipped, decorated well, and quiet for being in the city.

Trinity City Hotel is in a perfect location to experience what the city of Dublin has to offer. Everything is within walking distance! They upgraded my wife and I to a Georgian Suite, since we were celebrating our honeymoon in Ireland. The suite was big and looked nice, but there was an issue with controlling the temperature of the room. These suites are also in a wing of the hotel that doesn't have an elevator, so be careful there. The staff were very helpful and courteous. Overall, a nice place to stay in Dublin. We enjoyed it!

We selected the Trinity City Hotel for a two-day stay in Dublin primarily because of its location within easy walking distance of Trinity College and the Book of Kells exhibit. Our group included 5 persons - our 93-year-old mother and her four daughters. The staff at the hotel was absolutely super, providing genuine service and extra assistance for our group, which was using a wheelchair to get Mom around. The handicapped-access room we had for Mom's needs was super. We dined at the restaurant at the hotel and found it to be superb. All of this at a very reasonable price, and all it with very cheerful staff. I recommend this place without any hesitation.

Came over for the weekend. Were greeted with a very warm welcome. Spent an awfully pleasant time. The hotel is well located, not in the middle of all the huzzle and buzzle, but all is within walking distance. Very friendly and helpful staff and our room was spotlessly clean and very comfy. Thank you very much! Sandra & Christine from Germany

Great stay. Excellent location. Very pleasant hotel, both optically and in terms of service. The only negative I can think of is that my room faced the fire station courtyard, which was at times a little noisy. I would definitely recommend and stay again, should I go to Dublin.

A great location to visit the center of Dublin. The atmosphere is quite old-fashioned. Beds are ok but not wonderful. My advice : Do not accept a room with a window above the fire station : one engine is noisy all night. The restaurant is basic, but the prices are reasonable. Do not expect to find French-speaking staff.

The hotel was lovely! I booked the executive studio suite Also known as Tara rooms. It was very spacious and it had a real funky feel about it! The bathroom had a hot tub which was so good! When you're doing a lot of walking in Dublin it's nice to know that when you get back to your room you can relax in the hot tub! They had large mirrors in the room which is always great! Can't really fault the hotel- also it was in a great location!

I've stayed at Trinity City Hotel on several occasions and as previously this stay was fantastic. The check in was quick, and they had an upgraded room available for me - which was great because it was my birthday! The room was clean, comfortable, and what I like about Trinity is the room had character. Circular design with lots of storage. Bathroom was large and clean. I stay at Trinity City Hotel because the location is central to everything I want in Dublin, convenient to Grafton Street, Trinity College, and Temple Bar area - all within an easy 5min walk. Really appreciate the staff, always pleasant and helpful, like this morning hailing a cab for me. Thank you for a perfect stay!

I loved my stay at the Trinity hotel. My purpose for staying was a business trip. I found the decor, layout absolutley beautiful, my eyes kept being drawn to little features, stunning pieces of decor and quirky sculptures. The staff were very accomodating, each and everyone of them. The Trinity money voucher was a lovely little addition, and our dinner was just lovely, the food tasted clean, was tasty and healthy. Service was good also! Clearly this hotel is being maintained to a high standard and a lot of other hotels could learn lessons from Trinity! The bedroom was very comfortable, we had a great night's sleep. We would have loved a suite but this wasn't within our budget, as we stayed for business, however if I get an opportunity to stay again for personal travel, I will book a suite!! Dying to see what they are like. Overall great experience, great location and my only quibble is I had to leave at 9.00am to go to work... would loved to have lounged around in the reception area, Stunning, well located hotel, with great staff. Looking forward to coming back. Bernadette Cuddy-
