Is the Internet available?
Guests can enjoy complimentary 200MB superfast WiFi throughout the hotel; including the Reception, the Front Lounge, Courtyard Restaurant and Brunswick Bar, as well as all in guest bedrooms.

Is smoking permitted in the Hotel?
Trinity City Hotel operates a non-smoking policy throughout the Hotel. However, there are a number of guestrooms with exterior balconies where smoking is permitted. To reserve these bedrooms, please call the Hotel directly on +353 1 6481000 or email reservations@trinitycityhotel.com.

Do you have an exercise room?
At Trinity City Hotel, we do have a fitness room with cardio equipment available - please note that this is currently closed, in light of the current situation regarding Covid-19.

What time is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served from 8am to 10am, Monday to Friday and from 8am to 11am on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays. Breakfast is available in the Pearse Room and the Courtyard Restaurant. We would ask that guests make a reservation for breakfast at the time of check-in, as part of our commitment to Covid-19 prevention. This ensures reduced queues, and adherence to social distancing measures. An à-la-carte menu is offered, alongside a selection of individually wrapped and prepared buffet items.

What time is check-in?
Check-in time is from 15.00 and check-out time is 12.00 noon. Late check-out may be arranged, subject to availability at the time of request. Please note that a late checkout fee will apply and will be advised at the time of booking.

How can I get to the Hotel?
Trinity City Hotel is served by all Dublin transport links; Dublin Bus, DART, Luas, Air Coach, Air Link and Taxi Cabs. You can find directions and a map here.

Is car parking available?
Valet Parking is available at Trinity City Hotel by our friendly Concierge Team. A charge of €23 applies for valet parking on a nightly basis (2pm-2pm the next day). To prevent the spread of Covid-19, our Concierge Team will wear disposable gloves and masks at all times when parking your car. They will also disinfect car steering wheels, gear sticks and all high-touch areas. A packet of sanitising wipes will be left in the car for guest use on their return. Alternatively, our Concierge Team will be delighted to assist you with self-parking.

Where is the nearest ATM?
There is an ATM machine available in Trinity City Hotel, in our Brunswick Bar. As part of our Covid-19 Prevention Policies, this will be disinfected after each use.

What actions has the Hotel taken to control the risks of Covid-19, to help protect staff and customers?

The Hotel has been awarded the Fáilte Ireland Safety Charter, which confirms that we are following recommended guidelines, and all of our team members have been trained in hygiene and safety controls. This charter was devised by our national tourism body Fáilte Ireland, and is endorsed by the Government of Ireland.
