The stay is highly recommended. The service met all wishes, the room is spacious and very clean. Breakfast gets full score for a very good value for money. There is a very good connection to public transport. We would definitely come back.
Stayed in the Trinity hotel while taking in a show at the Three arena. The room was lovely and comfortable. Had bar food which was delicious. After the show came back to the bar. It was lively and comfortable.staff are amazing. Couldn't do enough for you. The hotel is so Central. We will be back. Couldn't recommend highly enough.
We had dinner at the hotel restaurant. Food was great and service was excellent. Alberto and the manager Allan were very accommodating and helpful. They helped us make lunch reservation. Alberto is such a friendly and cheerful person. We would definitely come back because of these individuals and the food.
We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Trinity City Hotel in Dublin which is by far one of the best hotels in the city, the location is excellent. We stayed in room no. 1 which was exceptional. You could sleep in the luxurious bathroom it was so spacious. The staff were welcoming and helpful, breakfast was gorgeous! Great coffee, cocktails and relaxing vibe throughout this contemporary hotel. We had such a lovely stay and plan to return again soon.
I loved this hotel for the room size, style, location (close to Grafton street and Temple bar area), and friendly staff. I went to Dublin with my sisters and Mom for her 80th bday. This was one of the only hotels that could accommodate 4 people to one room in the Georgian suites. It was large with a king sized bed and 2 twins (there is an option for 2 kings). The suite was stylish, clean and large with a lovely walk in shower. We requested early check-in and since the room was ready for us when we arrived at breakfast time they let us check in earlier. This allowed us to nap off the jet lag and enjoy exploring Dublin sooner than expected! The staff was alway polite and helpful. The hotel even contacted us prior to our stay to make sure the accommodations would be okay for my mother who was 80. When we needed a taxi, they called one and it was at the door in 5 min every time. The Breakfast buffet was just okay. It was convenient and worth doing if you have early plans, but we didn't always need a giant meal to start our day, and the local pubs serve a delicious breakfast meal too. If you are going to eat at the hotel, you save 4 euro pp by booking it the night prior. I do highly recommend the espresso martini at the end of the day- delicious! Overall this hotel was great! I would definitely stay here again.
Wonderful and friendly staff. Always willing and able to help. Offered assistance and always at the ready when asked. Location is easily walkable to many areas. Food and drinks were delicious and priced in line with the local area. Room was clean and well stocked. We came with a group during a very busy time and I never felt like they were too busy to do anything. On our first day, they helped to ensure our bags were stored safely so we could hit the ground exploring.
I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms and facilities met all the needs of both myself and my family. The restaurant dishes were excellent, and the service at the bar was wonderful, the staff were very polite and efficient. A special mention to Sofia, who took great care of us throughout our stay. Without a doubt, when we return to Dublin, we will stay at Trinity City again.
I would just like to make one comment regarding an employee, Caitlin (if I’m not mistaken), who was rather rude to me one morning at the bar. I was sitting and waiting until I decided what to order, and she asked me if I was ‘not even going to order water” in what I perceived to be a rude tone. I simply replied that I would like to wait a little longer after all, I believe the customer should be able to decide when they are ready to place an order.
But overall, aside from this incident, all the staff were exemplary and extremely friendly.
First class hotel. I came with two friends on the girls away package. From checking in to checking out we received a faultless service. Comfortable bed, Rituals toiletries and soft fluffy towels. Breakfast was delicious, plenty of choice and super friendly and efficient service.
Location within walking distance of shops and restaurants. This is our second time at this hotel and it won’t be our last!

When you are greeted by warm, smiling staff, you know your stay will be a good one. And it was. The room was clean and while it overlooked busy Pearse Street, the noise at night was not noticeable. The bed was comfy and after long days of walking and sightseeing, the soaking tub was a bonus. The breakfast was top notch and I ate at both the restaurant and bar during my stay and was delighted with the food. Wait staff was efficient and friendly. Really, I can find no fault with my stay at all. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay there again. Across the street from Trinity College and within walking distance of most attractions.

"This hotel did not dissapoint such a fab location with staff who went over and beyond to make our stay special. The hotel decor was fab and the rooms were amazing with complimentary toiletries, bath robes, slippers and chocolates!!! The concierge Ignacio was such a gentleman so kind, helpful and genuinely a lovely person. The beds were so comfortable, hotel spotless and the breakfast was fantastic. Staff even provided a little box for me to take food to a member of our family who was unable to go for breakfast. For the price we paid this hotel I would highly recommend and most definitely my family, friends and I will be back. Kep up the excellent work!!! This hotel is a definite hidden gem that I would highly recommend. Cannot wait until next visit which I am planning already"
